Privacy Statement (Summary)

SilSpark is primarily a local app: most of what you enter stays on your device.

Device permissions (camera, microphone, photos, location, contacts, etc.) are requested only when needed for a feature. You can change them anytime in iOS Settings.

Privacy Policy

SilSpark helps with everyday safety and practical tools (SOS, reminders, SafeCheck, utilities, and more).

1. Overview

SilSpark is mainly on‑device. Except when you enable SafeCheck server sync to an endpoint configured for the app, data you enter is kept on your device by default.

2. Data on your device

Examples: nickname, home address, medication reminders, diary entries, emergency contacts (for SOS and SafeCheck). Subscription status is handled by Apple; we use system APIs to unlock features and do not store your payment credentials on our own servers.

When “Sync to server” is on (you can turn it off in SafeCheck → Settings) and a valid SafeCheck base URL is set, each time you tap “Check In Today” the app may send to that endpoint:
